Part 1. Work Area: Add Project, Project Snapshot, Team Snapshot

Add Project

1. To create a new task board, click the + Add Project button.

2. Use the wizard to customize the project Settings. You can define the priorities, slim lanes of the taskboard and the issue types.

Project Snapshot

The Project Snapshot has two bar graphs: done and left.

done: % of work you have done

left: number of days left


Team Snapshot

The Team Snapshot has two sets of avatars: one set is for team members while the other is for the project manager. It has two commands: Invite People and change login info.

1. To change your login info (Name, Login User Name, Password, Email, Avatar), click on your own avatar.

2. If you're a project manager and you want to add members to your team or you want your client to view the progress of the project as a guest, click Invite People.



Part 2. Inside a Task Board

After you click on Open Board from any project, you'll get inside a task board. A task board has different columns like STORIES, +, ToDo, In Progress, Verify, and Done. To move an existing sticky note task from one work flow column to another, mouse over a task, click-and-drag to the appropriate process step, and then drop it into your chosen column.


A story is simply one of the last work packages in an inverted tree work breakdown structure (WBS) that requires task detailing.

1. To create a story, click on New Story, name your story then click Ok.

2. To detail a story, mouse over a story and then click Change. You can change the name or title of your story, describe the story details, define your acceptance criteria or quality specifications, set a priority, estimate an effort value in hours, or assign a user. Click Save to finalize your inputs.


The plus sign is the create task command.

1. To create a sticky note task, click on +, describe the task, enter a value for the effort in hours, and then assign a user. Click Save to finalize your input.

2. To view or edit a task, mouse over a sticky note task and then click Change. Click Save to finalize everything or Cancel if you've changed your mind.


This is the work load column.

In Progress

Drop all ongoing tasks here.


This is the quality assurance column to check if the acceptance criteria or quality specifications has/have been met.

Part 3. Inside the Backlog (Mindmap)

You can organize your work in a backlog. The backlog is the list of work you have to manage. You can use a table view or mindmap to organize your work packagaes and tasks. You can also use the backlog to add your work to the taskboard.

 To share your thoughts or to discuss some Topics with your team you can also use work 2-gehter.



It's also possible to add a comment directly to a task.
